Developed by a physicist and martial artist, the Feldenkrais Method® is grounded in neuroscience-backed principles of learning. Each session is an invitation to slow down and to re-organize.

People find the Feldenkrais Method a helpful tool to rehabilitate, reduce pain, increase sleep quality, mitigate anxiety, and to improve both function and performance.

This work is available and accessible to all body capabilities, and customized for each person’s needs.

Awareness Through Movement® Classes

Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes create conditions to deepen an awareness of how you use yourself, and expand your potential for action. Expect an hour-long verbally-guided process of slow, gentle movement punctuated by pauses for integration.

What People Have To Say: Working With Shekinah-Glory

“This is what I want out of yoga and physical therapy. It feels like actually being inside of your body with no expectations to perform a form, nor shape. It feels like I am connecting in an entirely different way to movement than I have before. I feel like that last hour flew by, which really brings things into perspective. Intentional movement without rigidity.” - Mileena Z., Oncologist Researcher

“My lower back is recovering from the sharp pain I had truly because of your Functional Integration session. This kind of pain usually requires me taking prescribed muscle relaxers medication for relief, but I didn’t need them. Thank you for that.” - Shani B., Physical Therapy Aide
